Add Recipients by Creating Segments
Create a new segment on the audience page to add recipients based on their attribute values.
Select the attribute you want to use in the filter:
Add the value you are looking for and confirm:
Add Individual Recipients
Start typing a recipient's name into the text field and get suggestions, and hit "enter" or click on the recipient's name to add it:
