Connecting Zelo to a Slack Workspace
Start by navigating to the integrations settings page. Click your name in the upper right corner and click the link "Integrations":
Click the "Add to Slack" button.
If you are already logged into Slack in your browser, you'll see a screen where Zelo asks permission to connect to your Slack Workspace. If not, you will need to log in first.
And you are connected!
Connecting users
When the Slack Workspace is connected, click the "Connect users" button. Zelo will then match and connect recipients to Slack users based on their email addresses. It means that users must have the same email address in Zelo and Slack for the user to get connected.
